THE ROLE?

We're seeking a passionate, energetic and friendly individual to be our next super-star Sales Associate. The position plays a key role in driving the success of the business and will be responsible for:

• Achieving/exceeding membership sales targets;
• Coordinating and executing marketing and lead generation campaigns;
• Engaging on the telephone i.e. conducting telephone inquiries/follow-up calls/answering customer care calls;
• Providing studio tours and previews to prospective members;
• Welcoming new members to Orangetheory Fitness by providing detailed and encouraging on-boarding;
• Establishing and maintaining effective referral programs;
• Maintaining accurate sales records via CRM software; 
• Delivering outstanding customer service and making our members smile;
• Processing membership sales and POS transactions with confidence, accuracy and ease.
