MC Fitness is a privately owned fitness business located in Wantirna South. We provide small group classes that help our clients improve their strength, fitness, and mental well-being.
About the role:
We're looking to hire a fun and enthusiastic Trainer/Coach to inspire and motivate our clients to achieve their potential!
Shifts will consist of early mornings, mid-mornings and evenings and are normally 4 hours long.
Your role includes:
- Undertaking semi-private sessions where you will coach proper weight training technique
- Undertake body composition scans and goal-setting consultations for clients
- Encourage, support and assist clients while they workout
- General tidiness and cleanliness of the gym floor

What we're looking for:
- Experience in weight training and coaching exercise technique is essential
- Fun, friendly and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to adapt exercises to suit clients' needs
- Ability to lead and motivate clients
- Willingness to learn and develop your skills and grow with the business
- Reliable, punctual and possess good time management skills
Experience in taking boxing, kickboxing and pilates classes will be an advantage.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Cert IV in Fitness
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR
