What We're Looking For:
We're seeking an energetic, motivated Group Training Manager who can deliver an exceptional member experience, build our client base, and work with local businesses to grow our community, and help our clients reach their goals.
Your Role Will Include:
- Leading high-energy group training sessions that motivate and inspire
- Providing expert advice and guidance to members on training technique, recovery, nutrition, Evolt scans, and progression
- Be able to personalise coaching to help members achieve their individual fitness goals in a group setting
- Helping to maintain the positive, supportive community culture that makes ACTV so special

- A genuine passion for fitness and a desire to help others grow and succeed
- Experience in functional training, strength training, and group fitness required
- Gym management experience preferred
- A proven history in building a membership/client base
- Possess a positive, motivating attitude and great communication skills
- The ability to build rapport with members and create a sense of belonging
- An understanding of nutrition and recovery is a bonus
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 inc Superannuation and bonus opportunities.
