BFT is APAC's fastest-growing and most advanced group training methodology, with over 300 franchises internationally. We've incorporated scientifically proven training techniques, aimed at reducing fat and creating lean muscle, into a variety of 50-minute training sessions that accredited coaches oversee in a group environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- This role has been created due to an internal promotion.
- Developing and maintaining critical support relationships with franchisees
- Coordinate and implement the BFT presales model at the studio level and work with the Senior Franchise Performance Manager to continually improve the model.
- Provide regular reporting on performance concerns and opportunities being faced and assist with the growth and strength of the BFT network
- Work with specified studios to leverage key drivers for both revenue growth and bottom-line results
- Constantly evaluate (audit) the upkeeping of BFT brand standards at a physical operation level along with the business (sales) practices being implemented
- Ensure BFT best practices and methods are being employed by all sites
- In conjunction with franchisees, develop new and exciting ways to engage and motivate members to ensure their experience is best practice in the industry
- Assist franchisees with their efforts in securing new BFT locations
- Provide corrective assistance to underperforming sites as indicated by NFM benchmarking (financially, member number, margin/yield etc) and take proactive measures to "close the gap" and bring them back to an acceptable standard/level
- The role requires the ability to travel within New Zealand and occasional international travel too.
KPI'S:
- Revenue growth and member number at critical milestones - Presales number (critical) 12, 24 months etc.
- Site profitability growth
- Demonstrated improvement in site operating processes/procedures leading to broad and quantifiable efficiencies
- Conducting brand and franchisee standard audits
ABOUT YOU:
- A passion and understanding of the Health & Fitness Industry
- Outstanding people leadership, coaching and presenting skills
- Multi-site Franchise management experience is preferred but not essential
- Great business acumen, including benchmark reporting, P&Ls
- Strong networking skills; be able to identify strong franchisee candidates
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously, with great time management skills
- Enjoy working and contributing in a dynamic team environment
