About the Role:
As a Head Reception /Membership Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, ensuring they feel welcome and supported during their visits.
Casual/Part-time/Full-Time positions available.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptionally warm, friendly customer service in person and over the phone.
- Showcasing comprehensive knowledge of our facilities, programs, and promotions.
- Assisting with sales and memberships to grow our thriving community.
- Showcasing exceptional communication skills, capable of adapting to various audiences and responding to member queries with professionalism.
- Always remaining results-driven, exceptionally organized with strong motivation to generate new business opportunities.
- Utilizing social media tools to engage with members and promote the gym.
- Administrative duties such as check-in procedures, restocking supplies, and managing membership records.
- Always maintaining cleanliness standards of the club.
