The opportunity

We’re seeking a fitness industry leader who wants to join an established Pilates studio and help take it to the next level! Our studio has been open for 2.5 years and is primed for a level-up in 2025.

This studio is part of a broader group of sister studios, under the Club Pilates banner (an internationally recognised Pilates brand hailing out of the US).

The successful candidate will join a high-performing team and be supported by their studio support team including the studio area manager and external professional development support from our partners.

So what will you be doing?

• Generating and converting membership sales (Commission package included)
• Drive community engagement via local business partnerships and collaborations
• Generate new leads for the business both in the B2B and B2C space
• Organise and host member engagement activities
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio including prospect and membership management via our software
• Managing and maintaining our social media accounts
• Fostering an inclusive, welcoming and supportive studio culture

The successful candidate will…

• Have experience in a fitness sales role and be target-driven
• Be able and willing to work flexible hours
• Be tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems, membership management software and more
• Have a minimum of 1 year in a leadership
• Showcase an ability to motivate and lead others
• Be fitness qualified (And ideally Pilates qualified)
