We’re looking for an energetic, suitably qualified, and motivated team player to join our team in a diverse position in our BRISBANE CBD CLUB. Your position will include day-to-day operations of the club / Membership Sales / Administration Duties reporting to the Regional Manager. 

You will be part of a busy team that works closely together to support each other in driving the club to its full potential. The position will require a tenacious, dedicated, flexible and adaptable approach while being there to complement the rest of the team, who has a passion for the fitness industry as well as a drive for sales, social media, and exceeding targets each month..…. Absolute MUST skills to be successful in this role:   

  • 100% commitment to providing OUTSTANDING customer service 
  • Proficiency in using social media to enhance club exposure
  • Be trusted/driven to work under limited supervision.
  • Drive for high sales each month.
  • Work under pressure in a busy club
  • Create a vibrant and fun club culture, with an awesome happy attitude. 
  • Must have Australian Residency
  • Min Cert 3 in Fitness

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Meet and greet potential and existing members
  • Create a vibrant and fun club culture
  • Promote the club brand and image within the local community
  • Proactively seek out and generate new sales leads and referrals 

Other key requirements to be successful for this role:

  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Sharp computer/admin, social media and telephone skills
  • Able to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • A passion for health and wellbeing
  • Be target-driven and understand the importance of achieving set targets
  • A hands-on and positive "can-do" attitude
  • Be well-presented and professional
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Friendly personality and likeable disposition where talking to people comes naturally
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and possibly weekends (Saturdays)
  • PT qualification desirable but not essential

You will have:

  • Previous sales experience
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness (not essential)
  • Police check

This is a Casual Position (20-30hrs) in a probation period which may lead to Full Time Employment.
