We’re searching for a Fully Remote Sales Superstar whose primary mission is converting enquiries into paid trials by genuinely understanding and addressing each potential member's needs.

What makes this role exceptional?

You’re the crucial first impression. From the moment a lead enquires, you’re on it - responding quickly, listening closely, and recommending tailored trial options to start their fitness journey with BFT.

What makes you the right fit?

• You don’t see sales as transactions; you see them as relationships. You have at least 2 years of proven experience building genuine rapport and trust.
• Fitness is your language. Strength & Conditioning isn't foreign jargon; it's your second tongue. You love translating fitness goals into actionable trial recommendations.
• You’re quick, responsive, and organised. When a lead reaches out, you respond promptly (within 10 minutes, between 7am and 1pm or 1pm-8pm AEST).
• You’re detail-oriented. Following a structured workflow to manage leads from initial enquiry to purchasing a trial excites you.
• Collaboration energises you. Working seamlessly with studio managers to ensure smooth transitions from trials to membership is your idea of a perfect day.

The basics:

• Minimum of 2 years’ proven sales experience.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong understanding of fitness terminology and concepts.
• Experience in gym or membership sales is a huge plus.
